A brief analysis of BTC short-term trend from Dow theory, Chan theory, Elliott Wave theory, price-volume relationships, order flow, and price action (strategy suggestions)

$BTC #BTC Comprehensive assessment
Major market structure change
Compared with the deep drop on July 13 (low 61,750), BTC saw a strong V-shaped reversal on July 14. The price rebounded from the July 13 18:15 low of 61,750 to the July 14 22:15 high of 65,020.78. The maximum daily gain exceeded $3,270, fully reclaiming all losses since July 10. The current price of 64,599 is below the July 10 high of 64,660, and the market is in a critical resistance-zone contest phase.

Dow theory provides signals that the primary trend may be turning; the key turning point is the July 14 breakout with increased volume above 64,660.
Chan theory shows extremely strong upward stroke strength (+3,270) and extremely weak downward stroke strength (-282), with longs fully in control.
Elliott Wave theory may be in the phase where the new round of uptrend wave 1 ends and wave 2 is pulling back.
The price-volume relationship presents a constructive combination of “pullback on declining volume + breakout on expanding volume.”
Order flow shows POC 62,018; the price is far above the POC, indicating a premium state, and Delta MA12 has turned significantly positive.
Price action shows a “bullish breakout candle” pattern, with short-term bulls dominating.

Short-term strategy suggestions:

Bullish scenario: If price, around 64,000-64,500, shrinks volume while stopping the decline + forms a bottom formation + Delta turns positive, you may try long. Targets: 65,000 → 65,500 → 66,500. Stop loss: 63,300.

Bearish scenario: If the rebound reaches around 65,000-65,200 and a top formation appears along with a volume-expanding selloff, you can go short. Targets: 64,000 → 63,500. Stop loss: 65,600.

Current status: 64,599 is consolidating in the area after the breakout, with bulls dominating in the short term. It is recommended to wait for a pullback to 64,000-64,500 to confirm support before going long, or wait for a breakout above 65,000 to confirm the start of wave 3 before chasing.
