On July 14, the U.S. Central Command stated: "The U.S. Central Command completed the latest round of strikes against Iran at 10:15 p.m. Eastern Time on July 13. Over the five-hour operation, U.S. forces successfully struck multiple military targets within Iran—including Bushehr, Chah Bahar, Jask, Konarak, Abu Musa, and Bandar Abbas—aimed at further degrading Iran's ability to attack commercial shipping. Central Command forces used precision-guided munitions to target Iran's coastal defense systems, missile and drone positions, and maritime operational capabilities. Currently, over 50,000 U.S. troops are deployed in the Middle East. The U.S. military remains highly vigilant and combat-ready, prepared to respond to any situation." (Jin Shi)
