7.15 early morning Bitcoin market analysis:

The evening CPI was favorable, triggering a quick surge, but once it pushed up to the 65,000 key resistance level, it clearly couldn’t move higher. This rally was a short-term impulse driven by news; at higher levels there are large amounts of trapped funds from earlier entries, and there’s a need for short-term pullbacks.
However, in terms of the bigger trend, the bullish logic supported by the inflation environment hasn’t gone bad, so this time only trade short-term swings—don’t look too deep. When it reaches the support level, stop.
Trading plan:

Entry: Place short positions in batches around 65,000; take profit in batches at 63,800
Second support: 63,000 (when it reaches this range, gradually fully exit the short positions)

65,000 resistance is definitely tough. If the CPI is favorable, you’ll push through with just this move— the trapped positions get liquidated pretty hard. The short-term bearish idea is fine, but don’t be greedy; take profit when you’re in the green.

A short-term short is okay, but if 63,000 holds, I’m afraid a reversal will get you squeezed. Scaling out in batches is the right move. The overall trend hasn’t really broken—don’t turn it into a trend-following short.

The key levels are judged pretty accurately, but sending the analysis this late at night is really going all in—I placed the orders and went to sleep. I’ll check the results tomorrow morning.

The inflation narrative is still in play, so we only do short-covering repairs and don’t attempt a reversal—this positioning is clear. A lot of beginners fall right here; support this move.

This pulse is classic—once the news has been pushed, it fades. Morgan Stanley’s increased holdings is a long-term narrative and has nothing to do with what’s happening right now. Setting a take-profit at 63,800 is conservative, but it’s steady.
