Golden Finance reported that on July 14, Berkshire Hathaway said that Warren Buffett will convert shares. Buffett plans to convert 8,000 shares of Berkshire A Class stock into 12 million shares of B shares. Buffett will donate 12 million shares of B class stock to four foundations, worth nearly $6 billion.
