UCEP entitlement for 72 hours. If more than 72 hours have passed, and after the doctor assesses that the patient’s condition is still critical and they cannot be transferred to a hospital under the entitlement, they will be able to continue treatment at that same hospital while remaining covered under the UCEP entitlement.
