Fujing Technology: Chairman Chen Hui resigns due to reaching the statutory retirement age for directors

Fujing Technology announced that Chairman Chen Hui has applied to resign from his roles as chairman of the 7th session of the board of directors, a director, and relevant positions on the strategic committee of the company, as well as from directorship positions in the company’s subsidiaries and investee companies, due to reaching the statutory retirement age. Mr. Chen Hui holds 2.6116 million shares of the company. At the 10th meeting of the 7th session of the board of directors, the board elected Mr. Zhang Ge as the new chairman, with a term extending until the end of the term of the 7th session of the board of directors. Meanwhile, upon the recommendation of the controlling shareholder, the board agreed to nominate Mr. Lin Hengfeng as a candidate director for the 7th session of the board of directors.
