Deep Tide TechFlow message: On July 14, according to TechCrunch, Nous Research, the developer of the open-source agent Hermes, is finalizing a new funding round, expected to be led by Robot Ventures with participation from firms such as USV. The company’s valuation is about $1.5 billion. Insiders say the round’s size is at least $75 million.
The company was founded in 2023. In addition to launching Hermes, it has also released language models for programming and mathematical scenarios. The new funding is expected to be used to further expand Hermes’s product ecosystem and business model.
