Foreign media say SK hynix is accelerating production of HBM4 for NVIDIA.
BlockBeats message, July 14, according to foreign media reports, SK Hynix has officially launched mass production shipments of 12-layer HBM4 for Nvidia, and the product has entered a capacity ramp-up stage. Unlike the previously supplied products, which were all categorized as samples, this is the first HBM4 in the final specification that has completed all quality certifications, targeting Nvidia’s next-generation AI platform, “Vera Rubin”.
It is understood that starting in September this year, SK Hynix will officially expand the scale of HBM4 shipments, fully meeting Nvidia’s supply needs for high-end compute chips. (Jin10)
