Deep Sea TechFlow news: On July 14, according to The Bell, SK hynix has officially launched mass production shipments of 12-layer HBM4 for Nvidia, and the products have entered a capacity ramp-up stage. Unlike the previously supplied products, which were all categorized as samples, this is the first HBM4 in its final specification that has completed all quality certifications, targeting Nvidia’s next-generation AI platform, “Vera Rubin”.
It is reported that starting in September this year, SK hynix will officially expand its HBM4 shipment volume to fully meet Nvidia’s supply needs for high-end compute chips.
