Yesterday I watched Stephen Chow’s “Kung Fu Women’s Football” and honestly, it’s pretty high-level.

In the first half hour after it started, I felt like it was a bad movie—the plot also seemed totally nonsensical, and the acting felt awkward.
But later on, I changed my mind. This film is basically just playing on awkwardness—the opening scene even goes straight into the kickoff. It’s all about nonsense and absurd humor.
Overall, I still think it’s pretty funny, the kind of comedy that’s built on intentionally going awkward.
