FinTax has reached a strategic cooperation with AI infrastructure company Stair AI, and will build around trusted execution, business knowledge accumulation, and responsibility traceability in AI tax and finance scenarios. The two parties plan to use Stair AI’s Reasoning Ledger to record data, reasoning paths, and execution processes when AI Agents are called, so that tax and finance outcomes can be verified and audited. The relevant capabilities will be used for OCR, automated reconciliation, voucher generation, and anomaly detection, and will be gradually opened to external AI Agents via MCP. FinTax stated that AI itself is not the party responsible for tax payment or accounting; final responsibility still lies with the individual or legal entity behind it.
