The State Council: Promote the construction of a unified national computing power network and advance the “signal upgrade” special action initiative
The State Council has approved an expansion of the “15th Five-Year Plan” for consumption, emphasizing the strengthening of consumer infrastructure, promoting a positive interaction between consumption and investment, and improving levels of facilities such as commercial and trade services, community services, logistics, parking, and charging. It will also advance the renovation of old streets, upgrades to tourist attractions, and improvements to information infrastructure (5G, gigabit optical networks, the Internet of Things, computing power networks, and signal upgrades) to build an integrated modern consumption system.
