What should we make of South Korea’s rapid expansion of storage production capacity?

Chinese people, in this lifetime, have never lacked the ability to produce anything you claim they can’t make based on demand—this is what Chinese people are best at in this lifetime.
As long as there’s demand, if you say you can’t produce it, how is that even possible? You can have as much as you want—whatever the quantity.
