BNB Plus announced that, because it has not met Nasdaq’s minimum $1 bid price requirement, the company’s common stock will be suspended from trading on Nasdaq at the open on July 14 and plans to move to OTCQB, where it will be quoted under the original ticker symbol BNBX. The company will request that Nasdaq review the delisting decision and said the transfer is expected not to affect business operations.
