July 13 BTC evening play $BTC

This morning, BTC was pressured under the authority of a Middle East “boss,” dumping the market by 2,000 points, hitting around 62,500 and then bouncing. The rebound was about 800 points. At noon, a long at 62,850 took profit around 350 points and exited—small win! If we don’t encounter any news tonight, we’ll trade like this!

1) Right-side trading:
Long setup:
Conditions: BTC breaks out with volume above 63,664; chase longs on the right side
Confirmation: hourly timeframe holds and stays above 63,680
Targets: 64,200——64,750
Short setup:
Conditions: BTC drops with volume and breaks below 62,330; chase shorts on the right side
Confirmation: hourly timeframe breaks below 62,200
Targets: 61,750——61,150

2) Left-side trading
Short order placement: place shorts around 64,000—64,500
Long order placement: place longs around 61,200—61,700

3) Ranging/contesting zone
Based on the current chart, if there is a very strong bullish news catalyst, it may trigger an upside move. The level at 63,861 is likely to be pressured. Today, only after breaking below 63,664 did the downtrend continue. Personally, I think shorts from this area can be contested.
In other words, short directly around 63,600. If you give it some room, then it’s 63,500—63,800!
Long contest zone: 62,330 is a key level. In the afternoon, a selloff wick inserted and still didn’t push down through that level, so the long contest zone is around 62,000——62,500. It’s only a few hundred points away from our target area. This area is worth the gamble—maybe it won’t drop. If it doesn’t drop, then you’ll have to hold the short position alone!
