Security firm Blockaid said it detected that the Lumi Finance protocol on Arbitrum is being attacked, with losses currently at about $270k. Preliminary analysis shows the vulnerability is related to the Sodium smart account, which executes token approvals during the UserOp validation process. This allows attackers to obtain multiple account approvals via a malicious Paymaster and transfer funds.
