This empty order finally materialized. $GAIB got pushed down from the high, and the pace is even more decisive than I expected.

Back then, I was watching that area above GAIB. The price surged to around 0.01833 but never managed to hold steady—once it popped, it got smashed, which showed that the people chasing long were starting to break down.

What truly confirmed it for me was that the pullback lacked strength. The order book didn’t get followed through with any additional momentum. Chasing hard from this kind of position makes it easy to get stuck at the top of the hill.

Now the price is at 0.01395, and the short position profit is already at +118.94%. The market’s room for movement has released fairly clearly. Here, I’ll first take profits at 80%, and keep the remaining 20% looking for further extension. I’ll also move the protection level down in sync so the gains won’t get washed back and forth.

A lot of people only realize after the drop. Actually, the key was already there at the moment it started failing under pressure. If you didn’t get in, don’t rush—short profits have already run for a stretch. Don’t chase lower; wait for the next more comfortable spot.
