That drop just now had a certain flavor. What others call panic, I’m seeing as the direction selection after the liquidity has been swept. The few fake breakouts near the top of $EDEN were really more like bait to lure longs.

I’d already paid attention to this spot earlier. After shorting around 0.04605, what I focused on was the strength of the pullback. The outcome was obvious: the rebound didn’t manage to hold. The moment sell pressure came out, it pushed the price down to 0.04349. Current profit: +109.45%—this is the response after the volatility range opens up.

A lot of people got scared by the earlier tug-of-war. Either they don’t dare to enter, or once it dips they want to chase. To put it plainly, the rhythm has changed: the shorts have taken the initiative, and following is more important than guessing.

On my side, I’ll take profit in an 80/20 staged approach first, and use a protective level to hold onto the remaining profit. If you didn’t catch it, don’t be impulsive—don’t chase the trade; wait for the next opportunity.
