Mars Finance news: On July 13, the protagonist of “Byte Stock Trading Profits of 30 million,” Leto Bao, today shared his views on the ongoing continued plunge in Korean stocks, saying that he completely liquidated his holdings in SK hynix at the end of June. The reason was: “The ratio between leveraged ETFs and the underlying shares is unbalanced. There may be a pullback, and I need to use options for hedging, but the Korean stock market is weak in this area. So I sold all Korean and Japanese stocks, leaving only US stocks, and I bought some puts to hedge and prevent risk.” Leto Bao believes Korean stocks will keep fluctuating and weigh down the entire storage sector, with the turning point being when the Korean government starts tightening leveraged ETFs.
