BlockBeats news. On July 13, according to crypto KOL @amathxbt and others, Circle’s chain Arc may have already been launched privately. The cross-chain protocols LayerZero and LI.FI have been deployed to the Arc network, but they have not publicly opened community testing.

According to public information, Arc is a public Layer 1 blockchain positioned as the “Economic OS of the Internet,” providing shared, composable infrastructure to support the operation of economic contracts, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and global markets.

In May this year, Circle officially released the ARC whitepaper, outlining the design framework of ARC as a native coordinating asset on the Arc blockchain network. The Arc public testnet launched in 2025 年 10 月. The mainnet is expected to go live in the summer of 2026.
