China’s total inventory of urea enterprises was 1.2358 million tons, up 2.96% week-on-week.

July 8, 2026, China’s total urea inventories at urea companies were 1.2358 million tons, up 35.5k tons from the previous period and up 2.96% month-over-month. During this period, domestic urea company inventories continued to show an accumulation trend, but the overall pace has slowed somewhat. First, periodical news boosted market sentiment; with some regional factories actively cooperating with price cuts, transactions improved and led some supply to flow downward. Second, increased rainy weather slightly improved consumption of fertilizer for agriculture, and in parts of the North, agricultural shipments saw incremental gains. However, the overall inventory accumulation trend still remains. (Longzhong Information)
