Bank of America: the memory market may usher in a super cycle, with DRAM revenue expected to more than triple in 2026

Mars Finance news: On July 13, Bank of America said in a July 11 research report that the global memory industry’s ASP-driven supercycle is still ongoing, and it expects global DRAM revenue in 2026 to rise year over year by 325% to $568.8B. The report expects NAND revenue over the same period to increase by 299% to $323.1B; combined DRAM and NAND revenue will reach $891.8B, up 315% from 2025. By 2027, total revenue for the two product types may further rise to $1.25 trillion. Bank of America said this round of growth is mainly driven by a price rebound rather than simply increased shipments. The bank expects the average DRAM selling price in 2026 to rise 249% year over year, and the average NAND selling price to increase 238%.
