It mentioned strengthening internet technology innovation planning, promoting the implementation of relevant national key research and development programs and major national science and technology projects, strengthening original technology innovation, and carrying out breakthroughs in integrated innovation technologies for areas such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and distributed identifiers with internet infrastructure resources. It aims to break through key technologies such as network dynamic optimization, intelligent resource scheduling, and secure data interaction. It also calls for strengthening innovation in the IPv6 technology system to address key issues such as protocol compatibility and high-performance transmission. It aims to break through key technologies for networking mega-constellations of satellite internet, rapid routing switching, and reliable, anti-interference transmission.
