Mars Finance News, July 13: The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the National Data Bureau have issued the “Guiding Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Internet Fundamental Resources.” It points out, among other things, the need to break through key core technologies. Strengthen the planning for internet technology innovation, promote the implementation of the relevant national key R&D programs and national major science and technology projects, strengthen original technology innovation, and carry out research and breakthroughs in integrated technologies that combine technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and distributed identification with internet fundamental resources, including tackling technologies such as network dynamic optimization, intelligent resource scheduling, and secure data interaction. Strengthen innovation in the IPv6 technology system to solve key issues such as protocol compatibility and high-performance transmission. Break through key technologies such as satellite internet mega-constellation networking, rapid routing switching, and reliable, anti-interference transmission.
