This empty-position short has finally delivered. The moment $PROS was pushed down from the high—while many people were still waiting for a pullback—I actually felt that something here was already off.

My opening position was at 0.7292. I wasn’t shorting just because I was chasing the move. What really caught my attention was that price kept repeatedly surging upward but couldn’t break through; the buying volume couldn’t keep up, and the rebound kept getting more and more weak. I’d already been watching this level earlier—once the confirmation came, I just followed the rhythm.

Now the price is at 0.4134, with an unrealized position gain of +850.56%. This stretch of market movement had its room released very straightforwardly. To put it plainly, the market wasn’t lacking opportunities—it was that many people got fooled and trapped by a fake rebound.

On my side, I’ll handle it in batches with an 80/20 split: first take profit on most of it, and keep a small position to see whether it can continue to extend. The protective level also needs to move up. The biggest fear with short profits is getting greedy and giving it back—if you didn’t catch it, don’t force a chase; wait for the next opportunity, which will be more comfortable.
