Deep Tide TechFlow message: On July 13, Michael, Token Pocket’s Chief Business Officer, said on the X platform that the seed phrase of Robinhood founder Vlad Tenev was leaked during his livestream. After the hacker obtained control of the address, they used that address and its associated addresses to buy $1 tokens. With thousands of people following suit, the token’s market capitalization rapidly surged from about $500,000 to $14 million. Then the price plummeted; within roughly 2 hours, the trading volume reached about $20 million. After the related addresses were frozen, the hacker moved to BNB Chain, issued new tokens using that address and its associated addresses, carried out buy-and-sell operations, and ultimately dumped to cash out.
