Golden Finance reported on July 13 that NOXA, a meme token launch platform supporting networks such as Robinhood Chain, posted on X that its platform domain briefly went down due to a problem with Cloudflare. It is suspected that its IP was blocked. The team is currently investigating the exact cause while confirming that it is developing a decentralized solution (hosting the interface on IPFS via ENS domain names).
