Golden Finance reported that on July 13, Jeremy Allaire, co-founder of Circle, said in a post that he believes “the economy run by software agents must rely on software money, software contracts, and software governance in order to function; otherwise, it’s simply not possible,” calling for accelerating the development of on-chain financial infrastructure.
