Chemical commodities’ benchmark contracts rose broadly across the board in the morning.

The previous issue of the Shanghai Futures Exchange’s synthetic rubber benchmark contract rose by more than 3%, closing at 12,885 yuan per ton. The Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange’s propylene benchmark contract rose by more than 4%, closing at 7,373 yuan per ton; its methanol benchmark contract rose by more than 3%, closing at 2,572 yuan per ton. The Dalian Commodity Exchange’s pure benzene benchmark contract rose by more than 3%, closing at 7,059 yuan per ton; its polypropylene benchmark contract rose by more than 2%, closing at 7,748 yuan; its ethylene glycol benchmark contract rose by more than 3%, closing at 4,311 yuan per ton; its styrene benchmark contract rose by more than 2%, closing at 7,988 yuan per ton.
