📢 BOSS Business School|Market Perspective

Many people ask every day: “Why is Bitcoin down today?”
Some blame bearish-news headlines, others blame a drop in the US stock market, and others blame a whale smashing the order book. But what truly affects prices is often not a single news story—it’s the flow of market capital.

⸻A mature trader doesn’t just pay attention to news headlines; they think: “What forces are driving prices up or down?” In reality, there are only three core factors that truly move the market.

⸻① Liquidity|Whether the market has a capital flow and whether it can be sustained. The key isn’t how many people are calling for a rise, but whether new capital continues to enter the market. When liquidity is sufficient, even if negative news hits, prices may be quickly absorbed by the incoming funds. Conversely, even if positive news keeps coming, without capital to push the move, the trend is hard to go far.

⸻② Sentiment|Is the market driven by fear or greed? The market is never truly rational. In times of panic, even the best news may be ignored. When greed takes over, even the biggest negative news can be dismissed. What actually drives price often isn’t the news itself, but how the market interprets it.

⸻③ Positioning|Instead of guessing market direction, it’s better to observe where the capital flow is going. For example: 🐋 Is the whale continuously buying, or transferring coins to exchanges? 📈 Is ETF capital steadily flowing in, or has it started flowing out? 🏦 Are institutions increasing their positions, or choosing to lock in profits? Where the capital goes, the price often follows.

⸻Many people watch the K-line every day, yet overlook the real reasons that affect the market. Price is just a result—the flow of capital is the cause. Once you learn how to observe changes in liquidity, market sentiment, and positioning, what you see isn’t just price, but the entire logic of how the market operates.

⸻📌 Remember this: News determines market sentiment,
capital determines market direction. Real trading isn’t about predicting the market—it’s about understanding it.

⸻📈 For the short term, watch sentiment; for the mid term, watch capital; for the long term, watch the trend.
