If your account is below 1500U, stop! Look here now.
The biggest problem with small capital isn’t that the principal is small—it’s that you’re too impulsive. I’ve seen a person who started with 1000U and reached 50kU in a few months. He didn’t rely on insider info, and he didn’t go all-in—he just used this method.
First, split your positions—always leave yourself an escape route.
Split 1200U into three parts:
400 for short-term trades—only take high-certainty opportunities;
400 for trends—wait for big moves;
400 set aside as backup funds.
Don’t put all your chips in at once. The biggest risk in trading isn’t making a wrong call once—it’s making a wrong call and having no chance to start over.
Second, reduce the number of trades—only catch the big行情.
In crypto, 80% of the time is chop/range movement. Trading buy and sell every day looks like effort, but in reality it increases the probability of making mistakes. If there’s no trend, rest. Enter only when the direction is clear. When you’ve made profit, protect it in time—don’t let floating gains turn into losses.
Third, let discipline replace emotions.
Plan every trade in advance: where to enter, where you’re wrong, where you’ll exit.
Execute stop-losses; reduce positions when profitable; don’t “average down” on losses.
You don’t need to be right in every judgment, but you must ensure you execute correctly every time.
With small capital, there’s no such thing as a shortcut to turn things around. It comes from controlling risk, accumulating profits, and repeating correct actions long-term.
