This trade was: after the position was made public, I gave feedback immediately. I opened a long on $TRUTH at 0.010718. Now the price is at 0.011424, and the gain of +318.79% has already been realized—the order book move was very straightforward on the screen.
There was quite a lot of controversy earlier. Many people thought it was going to fail when they saw the sideways action, but what I saw wasn’t boring chop—I saw that the sell pressure was becoming increasingly unable to hold.
The key change came during the several pullbacks before the breakout: each time, the rebound strength was weaker, yet the buy side kept stepping in. In plain terms, the rhythm changed. The shorts wanted to push it down, but they couldn’t. Once the longs gained initiative, it became easier to shake out the hesitant players behind.
Now the profit is already substantial. In terms of handling, I’m more inclined to do 70/30: take some profit first to steady my mindset, then keep the remaining position with a protective level to watch for continuation. Trading doesn’t mean you have to max out every time—what matters is guarding your profits at key levels. If you didn’t catch it, don’t get swept along by the candles. Don’t chase the trade—wait for the next opportunity, and move only when the position is at a more comfortable point.
