At 16:00 on July 12, the Fujian Meteorological Service lifted “Typhoon Warning, Level IV” and will continue issuing “Heavy Rain Warning, Level IV.” According to the 《Fujian Province Flood Control, Drought Relief and Typhoon Emergency Response Plan》, the Fujian Provincial Flood Control and Disaster Relief Command decided to terminate the typhoon emergency response at 16:00 on July 12.
