Elon Musk announces that SpaceX ‎$SPCX will begin launching space data centers next year.

The idea isn’t launching rockets / satellites for space, but building massive infrastructure “as if you’re building an industrial city in the desert.”

Companies that could benefit:

1- Nuclear energy companies: ‎$SMR ‎$OKLO ‎$XE
Space problem: AI servers consume enormous power, and solar panels can’t generate enough energy.

How do they benefit? These companies build small, integrated nuclear reactors that provide continuous, independent power for facilities in orbit.

2- Cooling and energy management companies: ‎$VRT ‎$ETN ‎$GE
Space problem: Space is a vacuum—there’s no air to cool devices, and trapped heat causes servers to burn out immediately.

How do they benefit? They provide advanced liquid cooling systems and smart converters to protect sensitive equipment and dissipate heat in a vacuum.

3- Space manufacturing and infrastructure companies: ‎$RDW ‎$RKLB ‎$LUNR
Space problem: Rockets can’t carry fully sized, massive data centers due to weight and space constraints.

How do they benefit? They build space structures and provide smart assembly technologies and robotic arms to install the centers in orbit and on the moon.

4- Communications and data transmission companies: ‎$ASTS
Space problem: Processing data in space requires a fast network to send these results and information to Earth.

How do they benefit? They operate as space mobile towers to directly connect orbiting data centers with phones and terrestrial networks without interruption.
