Greenland Holdings: Contract sales amount of 35.89B yuan achieved from January to June, up 5.87% year-on-year
On July 10, Greenland Holdings released a brief on its real estate business operations for the second quarter of 2026.
The announcement shows that in 2026 Q2 (April to June), the company achieved contracted sales area of 2.661 million square meters, up 20.03% year-on-year; it achieved contracted sales value of 219.46 billion yuan, up 0.89% year-on-year.
In 2026 H1 (January to June), the company achieved contracted sales area of 4.366 million square meters, up 17.05% year-on-year; it achieved contracted sales value of 358.87 billion yuan, up 5.87% year-on-year.
In 2026 Q2 (April to June), the company completed new construction starts area of 25,000 square meters, down 91.07% year-on-year; it completed-for-record area of 1.813 million square meters, up 12.61% year-on-year.
In 2026 H1 (January to June), the company completed new construction starts area of 51,000 square meters, down 89.61% year-on-year; it completed-for-record area of 2.074 million square meters, down 7.37% year-on-year.
