Iranian Islamic Consultative Assembly speaker Kalibaf has strongly condemned the United States for “serious violations” of the Iran-U.S. memorandum of understanding on social media, listing five violations, including disrupting Iran’s arrangements in the Strait of Hormuz, continuing to threaten further strikes against Iran, restoring oil sanctions, launching attacks on southern Iran, and Israel’s continued aggression against Lebanon. Kalibaf said, “The era of bullying and extortion has ended. This path won’t work. We will not give in.” Earlier, the U.S. military launched an attack on southern Iran. (Xinhua)
