Crypto market network news: Accendra Health (NYSE: ACH) was named one of the 15 best NYSE penny stocks. On June 23, Accendra Health announced the completion of the final settlement of its 4.5% and 6.625% senior notes, which have been replaced by new 9% and 9.75% preferred secured notes. Accendra expects to issue approximately $539.25 million of first-lien notes and approximately $698.1 million of second-lien notes. On June 17, S&P Global Ratings confirmed the company’s 'B' issuer credit rating and adjusted the outlook from negative to stable, while setting the second-lien notes rating at 'CCC+' and the first-lien notes rating at 'B+'.
