Crypto News Flash: Dakota Gold Corp. (NYSE: DC) disclosed on July 6 additional measurement results for its 2026 Richmond Hill oxide heap leaching gold project. The drilling campaign totaled 17,273 meters, involving 112 drill holes, including infill, geotechnical engineering, and step-out drilling. The 2025 and 2026 drilling results will be included in a feasibility study expected to be released in the fourth quarter of 2026, aiming to support a revised mineral resource estimate, improve the geology-metallurgy model, and provide a unified optimized mining plan. The company said that expanded holes RH26C-437 and RH26C-432 in the northern expansion area found high-quality silver and gold mineralization, while the step-out drilling at the northeast project site remains open in all directions. The drilling results continued to show average grades above those in the initial assessment as of early July 2025, and cash flow has been confirmed in the mining plan. Management noted that these improvements strengthen the project definition and support ongoing development progress for Richmond Hill.

Wait until the revised resource assessment is ready, then we’ll review it; for now, just mark it.

Cash flow confirmation is good news, but the recovery rate of the oxidation heap leaching still depends on the final data from the metallurgy model

A drilling volume of 17,273 meters is solid enough; wait for the Q4 feasibility study.

RH26C-437 high-grade silver-gold is somewhat interesting—the potential of the northern extension zone has been underestimated.

The 112-hole density is acceptable. If the Northeast area continues to expand, the resource amount may need to be revised upward.
