The U.S. launches a new round of strikes against Iran. The U.S. Defense Secretary says Iran will “pay the price.”

The U.S. Central Command said on social media on the 11th that the U.S. military carried out its third strike against Iran this week on that day. The U.S. military targeted about 140 Iranian military sites, including missile and drone launch positions, naval equipment, ammunition storage facilities, communications networks, and coastal surveillance stations. On the same day, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced that it used missiles to strike the U.S. air base at Qatar Al Udeid, destroying the base’s fighter aircraft maintenance and service center and its command center. The IRGC also destroyed the U.S. aircraft carrier logistics support center and refueling platforms located in the port of Duqm in Oman. (Xinhua)
