Ethereum ETH|Why more and more institutions are starting to value ETH

When it comes to crypto, many people think of Bitcoin first, but in recent years, Ethereum has gradually become one of the core assets that institutions focus on.

The reason isn’t just ETH itself, but the entire Ethereum ecosystem. Applications such as DeFi, RWA, stablecoins, and Layer2 are mostly built on Ethereum. As more enterprises and financial institutions invest in blockchain technology, the network value of Ethereum continues to rise.

In the short term, the market will still be affected by interest rates, policies, and capital flows, but if the ecosystem keeps expanding, ETH’s long-term competitiveness may also improve.

When investing, it’s worth looking not only at price, but also at which new applications are going live each day, because what truly supports an asset’s value is always actual demand for use.

Institutional narratives around ETH are indeed changing. Previously, people only recognized BTC as digital gold, but now they’re starting to understand the network effects of smart-contract platforms. However, whether RWA can truly be rolled out at scale remains to be seen.
