Golden Finance reported on July 12 that after Iran announced the temporary closure of the Strait of Hormuz again, commercial shipping traffic through the strait dropped significantly. Commercial shipping tracking data cited by Iran showed that in the past 24 hours, only 11 commercial vessels passed through the Strait of Hormuz, including 8 oil tankers and 3 cargo ships.
