Unified reference period: 1-hour candlestick charts. Indicators use the Bollinger Bands (BOLL) + KDJ indicators to analyze BTC, ETH, and XAU-USD gold, respectively.
I. BTCUSDT (current price: 63,939.4)
1. Indicator status interpretation
1. Bollinger Bands: The BOLL middle band is 63,175.9. The current price is above the middle band, approaching the upper band 63,981.8. The Bollinger channel is slightly widening upward; short-term bullish momentum is recovering. The lower band 62,369.9 is a strong support zone in the short term.
2. KDJ indicator: K=85.3, D=79.6, J=96.9. The J value has entered the overbought zone. Short-term upside momentum is overstretched, and there is a need for a pullback to cool off.
2. Long/Short logic
• Bullish: Price holds above the BOLL middle band. On the 1-hour timeframe, the trend reversal is upward. Support is strong below 62,369–62,800, so the short-term overall trend is biased bullish.
• Bearish: KDJ is severely overbought. It is under pressure near the BOLL upper band. The prior high at 64,731 has strong sell pressure, increasing the risk of a short-term pullback.
3. Futures trading ranges (1–2 day cycle)
1. Short on rallies (sell into strength)
Entry range: 64,500–64,700; stop-loss 64,900; take-profit target 1: 63,400, target 2: 62,800; position size: 2%–3% of total capital.
2. Go long on pullback (preferred)
Staggered entries: base position 3% in 63,100–63,300; add on 2% in 62,400–62,600; unified stop-loss 62,100; take-profit 64,400–64,600.
Trading principle: Do not chase price; avoid the 63,800–64,200 consolidation range; prevent stop-loss sweep by spike needles.
II. ETHUSDT (current price: 1,772.90)
1. Indicator status interpretation
1. Bollinger Bands: The BOLL middle band is 1,750.60. The current price is holding above the middle band. The upper band is 1,773.20, and price is tightly hugging the upper band, with clear overhead pressure. The lower band 1,727.99 is a key support level.
2. KDJ indicator: K=78.24, D=68.85, J=97.04. The J value is overbought; short-term bullish momentum is consuming too quickly, and the probability of a pullback is very high.
2. Long/Short logic
• Bullish: Price holds above the BOLL middle band. The bottoms on the hourly chart are rising; buy orders below 1,728 are solid, and the swing trend is rising with consolidation.
• Bearish: The current price is nearly touching the BOLL upper band plus KDJ is overbought. The prior high at 1,833 has heavy sell pressure; a short-term pullback correction is strongly needed.
3. Futures trading ranges (1–4 day cycle)
1. Short-term shorts (intraday)
Entry range: 1,775–1,790; stop-loss 1,815; take-profit 1,735–1,728; position size: 2%–3%. Only open shorts when there is a rally; forbid chasing shorts.
2. Swing long positions (preferred strategy)
Staggered entries: base position 3% in 1,728–1,735; add on 2% in 1,700–1,710; unified stop-loss 1,670; take-profit target 1: 1,790, target 2: 1,825.
III. XAU-USD gold (current price: 4,118.17)
1. Indicator status interpretation
1. Bollinger Bands: The BOLL middle band is 4,119.83. Price is slightly below the middle band. The upper band is 4,137.99, and the lower band is 4,101.67. The Bollinger channel is narrowing, entering range-bound sideways movement; direction is unclear and long/short bias is ambiguous.
2. KDJ indicator: K=43.95, D=49.23, J=33.41. All three lines are below the 50 midline. Bears have a slight edge, but the downside momentum has already weakened; the remaining downside room is limited.
2. Long/Short logic
• Bullish: Support at 4,101 (BOLL lower band) and the 4,090 area is solid. Prior lows at 3,942–3,980 formed a medium-term bottom, and deep downside room is effectively capped.
• Bearish: Price cannot break above the BOLL middle band. KDJ is below the 50 value, so short-term bullish power is insufficient. Overhead pressure is stronger in the 4,138–4,150 area.
3. Futures trading ranges
1. Short near the top: Entry 4,135–4,138; stop-loss 4,152; take-profit 4,105–4,102; position size: 2%.
2. Low buy (more prudent): Entry 4,102–4,108; stop-loss 4,090; take-profit 4,135–4,140; position size: 3%.
IV. Overall summary + risk control master rules
1. Overall market: After BTC and ETH’s short-term rise, the indicators are collectively overbought. There is a risk of a short-term pullback. The swing outlook remains overall range-bound and biased bullish. Gold is consolidating in a narrow range, waiting for a breakout to confirm direction.
