This short position finally paid off. The move where $ESPORTS got pressed down from the highs changed the feel of the order book. A lot of people are still waiting for a bounce to push higher, but what I was watching wasn’t the excitement—it was the trading reaction after resistance overhead.

After getting the entry around 0.04289, I chose to follow the weakness and open the short. What really caught my attention was that the rebound kept losing strength—each time the price tried to lift, it was pushed back down. Now it’s at 0.01556, and my unrealized profit is already +1254.66%. The downside room has been released pretty decisively.

This kind of drop can’t be explained by a single candle. The key is that the rhythm changed. The bulls want to pull it up, but they can’t catch it; once the shorts press, it just flows.

Brothers with heavier positions can consider handling it in batches with an 80/20 split: lock in part of the profit first, and keep the rest with a good protective stop to watch for further extension.

I won’t get carried away after I’m in profit. The smoother it goes, the more you need to watch the rebound strength. If you didn’t get in, don’t chase the short—if you miss it, you miss it. Wait for the next more comfortable entry point.
