According to data from the Beijing Meteorological Service, from 8:00 on the 11th to 8:00 on the 12th, the citywide average precipitation was 64.3 mm. Chaoyang, Haidian, Fengtai, Shijingshan, Dongcheng, and Xicheng averaged 50.8 mm; Tongzhou and Daxing averaged 121.4 mm; Miyun, Shunyi, Pinggu, and Huairou averaged 74.5 mm; Yanqing and Changping averaged 47.9 mm; Mentougou and Fangshan averaged 34.3 mm. The maximum precipitation intensity occurred at the southwest secondary meteorological station in Daxing District, with 94.4 mm of precipitation from 6:00 to 7:00 on the 12th. Based on Beijing Meteorological Service rainfall and climate statistics: from January 1 to 8:00 on July 12, the citywide cumulative precipitation was 366.3 mm, which is 73% higher than the 211.7 mm for the same period in typical years, and 31% higher than the 279.7 mm for the same period last year. From June 1 to 8:00 on July 12, the citywide cumulative precipitation was 239.5 mm, which is 75.7% higher than the 136.3 mm for the same period in typical years, and 38.6% higher than the 172.8 mm for the same period last year.
