SKYAI 4-hour RSI hits the bottom at 28, but are the main players still suppressing the price?

$SKYAI /USDT - Sell SHORT

Trading plan:
Entry: 0.03384 – 0.03454
SL: 0.03753
TP1: 0.03169
TP2: 0.03002
TP3: 0.02752

Why focus on this structure?
The 15-minute RSI has reached 28.53 in the oversold zone, but the daily chart is still within the trading range, and the main players have not shown volume to pull the price up. Around 0.03419 is the 4-hour EMA resistance level. If price can’t hold above it, the SHORT logic holds: TP1 at 0.03169, TP2 at 0.03002. Why now? Because if the post-oversold rebound is suppressed by 0.03454, it becomes a bull trap.

Discussion:
Will this move rebound first to 0.03454 and then drop, or will it directly break 0.03384 and accelerate downward?
