I think Variational marketing/comms should be seen as an example, they did everything perfectly :


> Been transparent and clear since day one about the plan
> Executed everything on time
> Never tried to be loud, just stayed consistent
> Never oversold the product, if users like it they'll share it
> Listened to the community without ever losing focus
> Kept the biggest releases for right before TGE
If you do that, whatever you're building in crypto, you have a good chance of succeeding
