Microtech Company Announcement: Shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, Xunxin (Shanghai) Investment Co., Ltd., reduced its holdings by 402,000 shares on April 29, 2026 through centralized competitive bidding. From June 23, 2026 to July 9, 2026, it reduced its holdings by 6.9197 million shares through block trades. At the same time, due to passive dilution of its shareholding percentage caused by the vesting of the company’s restricted shares, the issuance of shares to purchase assets and the supporting fund-raising, and the capitalization of bonus shares resulting from the company’s 2025 profit distribution following an increase in the total share capital, its shareholding percentage was passively diluted. After this change in its equity interest, Xunxin Investment’s number of shares held increased from 56.353 million shares to 76.4473 million shares, and its shareholding percentage decreased from 8.99% to 7.98%, reaching the 1% threshold.
