The Luanhe River in the Haihe River basin experienced the 2026 No. 1 flood.

According to the Haihe River Water Conservancy Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources, as of 18:00 on July 11, 2026, the inflow to the Panjiakou Reservoir in the Luan River system of the Haihe River basin was 2,240 cubic meters per second. This is the first flood in 2026 on the Luan River to meet the numbering criteria. Pursuant to the Ministry of Water Resources’ “National List of Numbered Floods for Major Rivers,” this flood has been designated as “Luan River 2026 No. 1 Flood.”
