Baltic Index | BDI Reclaims 2,600 Points, Eyes 2,700; BDTI Tests 1,800-Point Support

The Baltic Dry Index (BDI) has returned above 2,600 points, with upside toward 2,700 points. The Baltic Brent crude oil freight index (BDTI) is testing support around 1,800 points. The latest issue of the Shanghai Export Containerized Freight Index (SCFI) (June 26) has been released, showing a continuous 9-week increase, with the index at 3,239.64 points—up 3.8% week-on-week—as four major shipping routes continue to strengthen.
