Yangtze Memory discloses its IPO tutoring team; Citic and Citic Construction & Investment together form a total of 31 people
BlockBeats message: On July 11, the CSRC website shows that on July 10, the Yangtze Memory IPO tutoring work progress report (Phase 1) was updated. Citic Securities and Citic Construction Investment, in total, dispatched 31 people to form the tutoring team. The current tutoring period runs from May 19, 2026 to June 30. During this phase, tutoring work is carried out through multiple methods, including on-site due diligence, organizing centralized training sessions, and special issue communications.
In the next stage, tutoring work will be carried out in two aspects: first, promptly coordinate with relevant intermediary agencies and the company to discuss and study the issues identified during the process, formulate and finalize compliance solutions, and urge the entities being tutored to conscientiously implement rectification requirements. At the same time, the tutoring work group will continue to urge the company to improve corporate governance and internal control systems, and enhance the company’s standardized operations level; second, urge the company to deeply understand laws, regulations, and rules related to issuing and listing and standardized operations, and to be aware of responsibilities and obligations regarding information disclosure and fulfilling commitments.
